SHIPPING: Your best weave hair extensions are shipped from our warehouse in the Southshore of Montreal so please allow 1-3 business days to proceed with order regardless of what you choose as shipping option. Please verify all information’s on your billing and shipping bill to avoid delay in delivery. (3-5 business days)
TRACKING: You are going to receive your first email confirmation once your payment has cleared to confirm the order. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped with tracking number. If any problems, please contact your courier first and then contact us.
RETURNS: Please contact us first before you proceed. Returns are accepted within 15 days of all the hair at bestweavehair.ca. We do not accept returns after 15 days. Please note that we are not responsible of the cost of returns. Only unopened, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging items are accepted. Please refer to your return page: Return and Shipping Policy.
CREDIT: Once we received the package in its original states, you may if you wish have a credit in store (minus the shipping fees) instead of a full refund that you can use.

Hair is terrible quality. Feels dry and brittle on ends. Looks nothing like the picture. I’ve worn extensions for years and never had hair like this. My hair is coloured regularly and curly, and it feels 10x healthier than this hair. So disappointed and will be buying from somewhere else. First picture is straight out of the package. Gave the benefit of the doubt and washed them after instal, then coloured and they look awful before and after.
