RETURN &EXCHANGE

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of all the hair at bestweavehair.ca. Only unopened, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging are accepted. Please email us first at [email protected] to inform us of your intention and provide your order number. Of course we reserve the rights to inspect the package before we qualify you for a refund.  Please note again that the hair weave have to be in its original package and have to be in good condition and unopened or else we won’t even consider a refund. Our customers matters so we will try to solve the situation as fairly as possible.

 

You must understand that the reason for not accepting opened packages is hygienic. We take public safety and hygiene VERY SERIOUSLY. This is the standard of the Hair extensions suppliers. WHAT ORDERS ARE  NOT REFUNDABLE

Please understand that order that is NOT refundable or exchangeable are custom made and custom length orders since those are special orders made FOR YOU.

Orders placed with a special discount or coupon code will be refunded ONLY THE SALE PRICE. Please also note that we cannot guarantee sale, discount or promotions when you will place a new order.  Please contact us prior since some sales are FINAL.

Bestweavehair.ca will not accept return or exchange after 15days from the receipt of the original order.

 

CANCELLATION

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please contact our customer support team at  438 985 4350 or via email at [email protected] and we will assist you. You will need to provide your name, address and order number. Please note that if the order has been shipped we won’t be able to cancel it. You will have to return the product and we will credit or refund you as you wish excluding shipping cost that incurred for reception of the package.

 

SHIPPING

How to ship my package?

To ensure that your order will arrive to us, we strongly suggest you to return it with a tracking number or /and insurance as this will protect you in case of lost items  since we are not responsible for lost returns especially if amount is more then 50$ You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your hair extensions.  We advise you to contact a few carriers before you ship back since some are less expensive than others.  Please note that you are welcome to use your own carrier. Please have the receipt in the package before you return it.

For our International clients: please indicate on your package: “RETURN, NO DUTIES” Or the package will be sent back to you.

 

Can I return the package without contacting you first

No you must contact us first since we need to keep track of all our merchandise.

 

REFUND

When will I get my refund?

We will provide refund to the original payment form placed on order once we confirmed condition of returned package. Please note that BestweaveHair.ca is not responsible for the time that some financial institution will take. Some can take up to 7business day to process the refund. Please see with your bank and card issuer’s refund policy. Please also remember that SOME COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED
