Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of all the hair at bestweavehair.ca.  Only unopened, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging are accepted. 

We will not accept any Hair Piece that smells like food, cigarette, perfum. The Hair Piece must be SCENT FREE, just like when you received it.

We will not accept wigs if the lace has been cut or is damaged. We are not held responsible for any lost returns.

Please email us first at info@bestweavehair.ca to inform us of your intention and provide your order number. Of course, we reserve the right to inspect the package before we qualify you for a refund.  

Please note again that the hair weave has to be in its original package and have o be in good condition and unopened, or else we won’t even consider a refund.  

Our customers matter, so we will try to solve the situation as fairly as possible.  You must understand that the reason for not accepting opened packages is hygienic.

Please understand that orders NOT refundable or exchangeable are custom-made and custom-length orders since those are special orders made FOR YOU.

Orders placed with a special discount or coupon code will be refunded ONLY THE SALE PRICE.

What if I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer support team via email at info@bestweavehair.ca, and we will assist you.

You will need to provide your name, address, and order number. Please note that if the order has been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.

You will have to return the product, and we will credit or refund you as you wish, excluding the shipping cost incurred for the reception of the package.

How to ship my package?

To ensure that your order will arrive, we strongly suggest you return it with a tracking number or /and insurance as this will protect you in case of lost items since we are not responsible for lost returns, especially if the amount is more than 50$. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your hair extensions. We advise you to contact a few carriers before you ship back since some are less expensive than others. Please note that you are welcome to use your own carrier. Please have the receipt in the package before you return it.

For our International clients: please indicate on your package: “RETURN, NO DUTIES” Or the parcel will be sent back to you.

When will I get my refund?

We will provide a refund to the original payment form placed on the order once we confirm the condition of the returned package.

Please note that BestweaveHair.ca is not responsible for the time some financial institutions will take. Some can take up to 7business days to process the refund.
